"As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing you that the Town may be video taping and/or audio taping
this public meeting. In addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio tape this meeting they are required to
inform the chair." We request that all cell phones be turned off or to vibrate.
1. Discussion and vote on request from Brewster Historical Society to open the Cobb House to the
public in accordance with Section 9.c of the 2015 grant agreement.
2. Vote on$5,000 historic preservation professional services request from Eric Dray to provide historic
preservation consulting services to the CPC as needed and requested for FY 2017.
3. Vote to refer the$350,000 funding request for the Tubman Road project from Habitat of Humanity of
Cape Cod to the CPC housing sub-committee for its review and recommendation.
4. Acceptance and possible votes of referral of any other funding requests.
5. Updates on status of 2016 grant agreements.
6. Election of officers for FY 2017.
7. Vote to approve the minutes of the June 22, 2016 meeting.
8. Items that the chair could not have reasonably anticipated.
9. Schedule next meeting.
