APPOINTING PRECINCT C ELECTION O TUESDAY, FIXING DECEMBER 19, FOR

SPECIAL
BY RESOLUTION NO. 95 -149 OF THE CITY COUNCIL"
WHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday,
December 19, 1995, has been called by Resolution No. 95 -149,
adopted on September 19, 1995;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding e e 8 voting g precincts
Municipal Election, there ar
consisting of the regular election precincts in the City of
Lynwood established for the holding of state and county
elections, as the regular election precincts exist e date t of
adoption of this resolution. That the polling places
respective precincts shall be the places designated; and that the
persons named, being competent and voters and residents of the
city are appointed precinct board members and they shall conduct
the election in the manner provided by law.
