be accepted as read and that the Clerk be instructed and authorized
to transfer by --Tarrant $254.49 from the General Fund to the Sinking
Fund, Upon vote had all present voted Aye.

The New Board was called to order by Mayor elect Ali. E. Smith

Mr C.L.Neisler a Notary Public being present administered
the Oath of Office to the Newly elected Mayor and Trustees,namely,
M.E. Srmi th as Mayor to serve for a term of One year or untill his
tiucces or is duly elected.
