8E IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Cite of Richmond, Indiana, as follows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 21, Section .01 more specifically as provided
for in Article 20, Section .021 of Ordinance No. 2325--1968 commonly known as the
"Loving Ordinance of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the following described real
estate is allowed as a Special Use to -wit: 111e=nned Unit DeveloDrn,ent for Elderly
located at 2030 Chester Boulevard, in the City of Richmond, Indies-ia, mrare particu-
larly described as follows:
Being a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, i 3w:3sE,i= 14 North,
Range 1 West, in Wayne Township, Wayne County, ,Indiana, and rm,;nt, par
iarly described below:
Commencing at .the southwest corner of said quarter: thence North 69 do
