A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE DUNCAN AVENUE
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 5 -5168,
FY 1995 -96, AS BEING COMPLETE

WHEREAS, on September 19, 1995, the City Council
awarded a contract of $33,760.00 to Excel Paving Company for the
Duncan Avenue Pavement Reconstruction Project, Project 5 -5168;
and
WHEREAS, the project started on October 30, 1995 and
was completed on November 10, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$36,380.50; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Duncan Avenue Pavement Reconstruction Project, Project No.5 -5168,
as being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this ___21s_t____ day of
