"As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing you that the Town will be videotaping and/or audio taping this
public meeting. In addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio tape this meeting they are required to inform
the chair." We request that all cell phones be turned off or to vibrate.
1. Discussion and vote on Brewster Historical Society's request for a waiver to section 9c of the
grant agreement in order to release the remaining $20,000 of the Cobb House rehabilitation
project's award.
2.a) Discussion and vote on whether the final budget for Cape Repertory Theatre's Crosby Barn
rehabilitation project satisfies section 4 of the grant agreement and condition#6 of the CPC
award letter.
b) Update on the status of the memorandum of agreement with the Department of Conservation
and Recreation for the recapture provision/condition for Cape Rep's Crosby Barn project.
3. Discussion and vote on the proposed changes to the award conditions and programmatic
elements for the 2016 Harwich Ecumenical Council for the Homeless' homeowner
rehabilitation program.
4. Update and discussion for October 26th public hearing on community preservation needs and
potential spring 2017 Town Meeting funding requests.
5. Update on meetings with Board of Selectmen and Finance Committee on CPC Town Meeting
articles.
6. Treasurer's report.
7. Vote to approve minutes of September 28, 2016 CPC meeting.
8. Items that the chair could not reasonably anticipate.
9. Next meeting: Wed., Oct. 26 @ 4:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
