A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD DECLARING THE 1967 CROWN FIRE PUMPER
UNIT TO BE SURPLUS
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Code Section 6 -3.7 states that all supplies and
equipment which have become obsolete or worn out can be declared as surplus; and
WHEREAS, maintaining worn out vehicles and equipment is cost prohibitive; and
WHEREAS, the 1967 Crown Fire Pumper Unit owned by the City has become
obsolete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the 1967 Crown Fire Pumper Unit is found and determined to
be surplus.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
