A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE OSGOOD
AVE /112TH STREET PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 5 -5168, FY 1995 -96,
AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on September 19, 1995, the City Council
awarded a contract of $27,865.03 to J. H. Rental Inc. for the
Osgood Avenue /112th Street Pavement Improvement Project, Project
5 -5168; and
WHEREAS, the project started on November 8, 1995 and
was completed on November 13, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$24,988.64; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Osgood Avenue /112th Street Pavement Improvement Project, Project
N0.5 -5168, as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of
