AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USE" IN A R-3 ONE TO EIGHT FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT OF ORDINANCE NO. 2325-1968 CC44MY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, SAID ORDINANCE HAVING BEEN APPROVED JUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, as follows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 22, Section .011 and Article 48 of Ordinance No.
2325-1968 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the Citiy of Richmond, Indiana.,
the following described real estate is allowed as a Special Use to -wit: A non-
commercial club and lodge located at 131-135 Richmond Avenue, Richmond, Wayne
County, Indiana.
The following described real estate situate in Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana, to -wit:
Tract I:
Lot Number One Hundred Fourteen (114) and twenty (20) feet in width
off of the east side of Lot Number One Hundred Thirteen (113) in
Haynes' Addition to the City of Richmond, Indiana.
Tract II:
Lot Number One Hundred Twelve (112) and twenty-three (23) feet in width
off the west side of Lot Number One Hundred Thirteen (113) all in
Haynes' Addition to the City of Richmond, Indiana.
SECTION 2. As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as an additional
restriction on said use, the following requirements shall hereafter and at all times
be met by the owner, leasee or any firm, person, or corporation using such real
estate.
(Conditions to be made following Plan Commission recommendations.)
SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond, Indiana, is hereby
authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication of this ordinance, to record
and approve the issuance of a permit for the establishment of the use herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval by the Mayor and publication as by law required.
