REGULAR MEETING. May 6th 1924.
A regular meeting of the Board. of Trustees was called to
order by the Mayor at 8:00 P.M.
Upon roll call the following members of the Board of Trustees
were present, Fullmer, Newell, Hasbrouck, Powell, Nichols and
Anderson, Absent, none.
Minutes of the preceding meeting read and approved.
Bond of the Loom Treasurer discussed, no action taken.
Nichols moved seconded by Hasbrouck, That the Finance
Committee be instructed to negotiate for the purchase of
$2,000.00 of Water Works Extension Bonds,
Upon vote had all present voted Aye.
Re_ort of the condition of ash pits and fire hazards made
to the Board by the Clerk, The Clerk was instructed to mail
notices to all persons in regard to same and to see that the
Ordinance was info reed.
Tractor and trader for the Town was discussed at length.
The following prices were submitted.
