that the minutes be approved as read.

The minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of Eugust 20, 1973 read.
Tom Anderson, the architect, appeared with regard to an extension for bids for
the village hall. Moved by Thomas Stevens to extend. the time of opening the
bids until September 12th at 8 P. M., subject to thtecommendation of the
Village Attorney.

Three letters with regard to wild geese were read, letters from Leon Warner,
Worth Bruntjen and Mr. & Mrs. George Orunewald. Larry Scherer and Mr. Hughes
appeared against the no hunting matter.
Moved by Robert Franklin to have the Village attorney to instruct the Community
Health and Welfare Council to remove the fences on the road.

Discussed the new sewer and water rates.
Moved by Thomas Stevens that we retg.in the 0_000.00 with the Walbon Excavating
Company for a five year period, covering any maintenance which may have to
be done on the water main on the project.

Moved by Thomas Stevens that we approve the Walbon Excavating Company water
project in the Medina Industrial Park, subject to the $1000.00 which we are
withholding for five years from tonight.

Moved by Donald Des Lauriers to pay the bills as follows: Payroll in the
amount of $5,735.79 and order checks in the amount of $6,107.17.
