Brewster Wetlands Protection By-law
As required by the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law,the Conservation Commission is informing the
public that this meeting will be audio and video recorded. Anyone else intending to record is required to
inform the Chairman prior to the meeting.

Request for Determinations of Applicability
Konrad Schultz requests determinations as to whether the workâaddition and deck expansion, and the area -
are subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and jurisdiction of the BWP Bylaw. Property is on 13 Captain Fitts
Road, Assessors' Map 88, Parcel 6 (formerly 27/236).
Notices of intent
(Continued Hearing)J. Francis and Michelle A. Lavelle propose to construct additions to a single family dwelling,
etc.,within a riverfront area and within 50 feet of other inland wetlands, on 336 Lower Road, Assessors' Map 49,
Parcel 1 (formerly 19127).

inland wetlands and remove invasive vegetation, restoring with indigenous plantings along a slope within 0 feet
