AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE BUDGET OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY
THE SUM OF SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY THREE DOLLARS TWENTY CENTS ($6,293.20)
FROM J-2-SALARY-CUSTODIAN (1-11-113-SERVICES PERSONAL) ($5,620.20) AND J-7-EXTRA
HELP-(1-12-122-SERVICES PERSONAL) ($673.00) TO J-13- STREET LIGHT EXTENSIONS (2-22-
22 lb -SERVICES CONTRACTUAL ($4,392.20) AND J-32-INSURANCE (5-51-CURRENT CHARGES)
($1,901.00).
*MAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the exist-
ing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money for various functions
of the City Gavewmut than was appropriated to the auenual Midget.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORd142M by the Comm, Cavil of the City of Richavond, Indiana, that
for the expenses of the City Gaverroeat and its institutions for the ear ending Deceher
31, 1972, the following amount of mw,*y is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the
fund named and for the purpose specified. Said seas being subject to all laws governing
the save. Such nsount approptiated shall be held to include all expencditures to be aamde
during the year unless expressly stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for the fiscal period there is hereby appropriated the following specified
amoumt to moat the extraordinary emergency that exists,

SECTION 3. 1A1€.ii M, it has been sham that, certain existing Appropriations now have
unobligated balances which will not be used for purpose which appropriated.

SECTION S. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the >aws of the State of Indiana, governing
