Anyone else intending to record is required to inform the Chairman prior to the meeting. Discussions 1. Patrick Ellis, Brewster Tree Warden/Superintendent, Department of Natural Resources; Tree Management Agreement with Eversource Energy Inc. 2. Boehm Property at Sheep Pond Woodlands Conservation Area, Gulls Way, Assessors' Map 63, Parcel 36 (formerly 34/46) - The Brewster Conservation Trust and Town Open Space Committee are seeking Conservation Commission support for the preservation of two lots: the proposal is to submit to Town Meeting an article requesting $125,000 in Community Preservation Act funds towards the Town Conservation Commission acquisition of a perpetual conservation restriction for this property. Ocean Edge Resort proposes activities including constructing a bar and seating area on an elevated platform, constructing bathrooms and kitchen (all in an existing storage area (to be reconstructed on a post foundation), rebuilding an existing handicapped assessable boardwalk, stairs and ramp, removing invasive plant species and nourishing a coastal beach with native plantings.
