A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE LOS FLORES
BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO.
5 -5168, FY 1995 -96, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, on November 7, 1995, the City Council awarded
a contract to All American Asphalt for the Los Flores Boulevard
Improvement Pavement Project, Project 5 -5168; and
WHEREAS, the project started on December 11, 1995 and
was completed on December 27, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$36,981.90; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Los Flores Boulevard Improvement Project, Project No.5 -5168, as
being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
