AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE BUDGET OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
AND SAFETY THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($175.00) FROM GEN. J-24 FUEL OIL
(3-31-312 SUPPLIES) TO GEN. J-18 REPAIR OF EQUIPMENT (2-25-252 SERVICES CONTRACTUAL)
($113.00), AND GEN. J-30 REPAIR PARTS (4-43 MATERIALS ($62.00)
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption
of the existing annual budget so mat it is flaw necessary to appropriate more
money for vavious functions of the City Governs�ent than was appropriated to
the annual budget.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by t4+ , CON"Aon COuacil of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that for the expenses of tine City Government and its institutions
for the year ending December 31, 1972, the following amount of money is
hereby appropriated ants set apart out of tine fui-.(l na:�ved and for the purpose
specified. Said sum being subject to all laws governing the same. Such
amount appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures to be made
during; the your unless expressly stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for the fiscal period there is hereby appropriated the
