AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE BUDGET,.OF THE CITY JUDGE THE SUM OF ONt HUNDRED FIFTY
DOLLARS _(i50.00) from gen. F-13 (3-35) FILMS AND OTHER SUPPLIES, ALCOHOL SCHOOL TO GEN F-5
(1-12-123� COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, certain extraoreinary ^r:er„ancics have developed since the adoption
of the existing annual budget se that it is now necessary to appropriate more
money for various fu;ictigns of the City Govern -lent than was appropriated to
the annual budget.
SECTION 1. 3E IT ORD:ATNF,D by tile Co;nmOn Ceu.icil o_ the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that for the expenses of tiie City Government and its institutions
for file year ending Oecewber 31, 1972, the following amount of :honey is
hereby appropria.te�. and. set apart out of the fund named and for the purpose
specified. Said. sum }>ain- subjoct to all lairs governing the same. Suca
amount appropriated wall be }icl.i to include all ex-Ienditures to be made
during the year unless expressly stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. Tnat for the fisc;�l periot_ there is hereby appropriated the
following specified atnotznt to meet tile extraordina;-/ emergency that exists:

SECTION 3. WIIE?:EAS, it teas been shown that certain existing appropriations
now have unobligated balances which will riot be used for purpose which
appropriated.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINEi by toe Common „ouncil of the .ity of Richmond,
Indiana, that suc.i unnecessary existing ai;rropri-ition be now reduced in
amount as follows:

SECTION 4. An extraordinary emergency oxists for the above appropriation.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval by tu.',Iayor and is subject to the laws of the
State of Indiana, governing emergency appropriations.
