Anyone else 'intending to record is required to inform the Chairman prior to the meeting. Public Hearings Notices of Intent The Town of Brewster proposes to construct a fire station within 100 feet of inland wetlands. Activities include site clearing and grading, excavation, drainage, paving and site development related to the construction of a fire station, at 1657, (1671) and 1673 Main Street, Assessors' Map 56, Parcel 6, 7 (formerly 24/13, 14). (Continued Hearing) LTV Realty Trust II proposes to demolish an existing building and construct a replacement building within 50 feet of inland wetlands on 1073 Main Street, Assessors' Map 37, Parcel 61 (formerly 19/52-3). Eligible voters: Evans, Tobin,Winfield Hearing opened April 5, 2016 (testimony taken) continued to May 10 (no testimony), May 24(testimony taken)June 7 (no testimony) Martin Lucenti proposes after-the-fact, to reconstruct stairs to a pond and reconstruct a patio, and replant a vegetated area adjacent to a wetland; and to reconstruct an existing deck, replace existing wooden stairs with stone steps and install a fire pit within the footprint of the (previous) patio,within 50 feet of inland wetlands on 183 South Pond Drive, Assessors' Map 88, Parcel 5 (formerly 27/94). George Oliver proposes a pruning and tree removal project within 50 feet of inland wetlands,to achieve water views. The project also includes installing native trees/shrubs and groundcover species as mitigation, on 38 Captain Baker Road, Assessors' Map 72, Parcel 19 (formerly 41/65). Ocean Edge li Request for Amendment to Order of Conditions SE 9-1522- Request for Commission to determine whether purpose or scope of new proposal—additional pruning of six pitch pines and five sassafras trees which were not included in the original approval for vista pruning - has not substantially changed and/or increased... such that the project can be approved as an amendment, on Ocean Edge Drive, Assessors' Map 90, Parcel 154 (formerly 14/1). The fee amount shall be determined by the Commission and shall be dependent on the nature of the project, proximity to resource areas,and extent of the work to be completed."
