A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING STIPEND FOR MEMBERS
OF THE LYNWOOD PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION AND
TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO COVER ESTIMATED
STIPEND EXPENDITURES
WHEREAS, the Lynwood City Council serves as Board Members for the
Lynwood Public Financing Authority (LPFA); and
WHEREAS, the LPFA was established to provide other ways and means for
financing major capital projects; and
WHEREAS, the LPFA Board Members approved the stipend for meetings
attendance at its January 23, 1996 meeting; and
WHEREAS, a separate divisional account and fund is required to record the
LPFA expenditures; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation and transfer of funds from the General Fund
' are needed to cover stipend expenditures.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Lynwood does hereby find, order, proclaim and resolve as follows:
Section 1 . That the Lynwood City Council authorizes and approves the
Board Members stipend of $100 per meeting.
Section 2 . That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to establish
a fund and expenditure account to record necessary LPFA expenditures.
Section 3. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to
make the following appropriations and transfers:
