Fullmer moved seconded by Nichols, That the motion regarding the purchase of a tractor and grader contain<d in the minutes of May 6th 1924 be declared null and void, upon vote had all present voted Aye. Fullmer moved, That the Clerk be authorized to purchase a tractor and grader as specified in bid from the lcOro ry Motor Co. immediatl y, seconded by Newell., Upon vote had, Fullmer, Newell and Powell voted Aye,. Nichols and Anderson voted Nay. The Mayor declardd the motion Carried. Newell roved to ajourn subject to the call of the Mayor. seconded by Fullmer, All present voted. Aye. • REGULAR MEETING. July 1st 1924. Clerk & Recorder. A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Town of Ault was called to order by the Mayor at 8:30 P.M. TJ on roll call the following members were present) Newell Fullmer, Hasbrouck, Nichols and Anderson., Absent Powell. Minutes of the proceeding meeting read and ap: roved.' The act of E.W.Blakesley leaving his truck loaded with hogs parked in the alley over night was discussed. S Dray license discussed and the Clerk was instructed to collect same. Dumping of rubbish in the north end of Town discussed, no action taken. The Clerk was instructed to grant Mr Bockmon a license for a bowling alley for the sum of 25.00.
