RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE BELLINGER
STREET AND LORRAIN STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 5 -5168 FY 1995 -96, AS BEING
COMPLETE.

WHEREAS, on January 2, 1996, the City Council awarded a
contract of $ 47,757.00 to All American Asphalt Company for the
Bellinger Street and Lorrain Street Improvement Project, and
WHEREAS, the project started on February 12, 1996 and
was completed on February 29, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$49,526.00; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood dogs hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Bellinger Street and Lorrain Street Improvement Project
No. 5 -5168, as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5 th day of
March , 1996.
