HomeMy Public PortalAbout1997/02/13 A Special Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret was called to order by Mayor Peter J. Sica at 6:45 P.M. on Thursday, February 13, 1997, Council Office, Municipal Building, 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey. Upon individual roll call, the following were noted present: Councilmember Deborah Bialowarczuk John DuPont Jack Fazekas William Feingold Stanley Gutowski " " " " Noted absent was Councilmember James Failace. Also noted present was Borough Attorney Craig J. Coughlin, Deputy Chief Michael Hack, Dispatcher~ Kathleen Misdom and Edna Smith and PES.U. Representative Bob Feeney. Mailed to The Home News & Tribune, The Star Ledger and posted on the bulletin board on February 7, 1997. To adopt a resolution to go into Closed Session to discuss a grievance, Re: P.E.S.U.Local #702. RESOLUTION #97-64 was introduced by the Mayor and was referred to the Council for action. Upon MMS&C, by Councilmembers DuPont and Fazekas RESOLUTION #97-64 "RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION was adopted. Upon individual roll call vote, Councilmembers Bialowarczuk, DuPont, Fazekas, Feingold and Gutowski voted in the affirmative. Councilmember Failace was noted absent. At approximately 6:50 P.M., the meeting was adjourned into Closed Session.
