RESOLUTION NO. 82 -2089
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING THE ADDITION OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS TO THE TAX BILLS
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles is willing to enter special
assessments, which the County collects on the City's behalf, on
the tax bills for the City of Temple City pursuant to the. General
Services Agreement between the City and the County and Government
Code Sections 51800 and 29304; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of said Agreement the City of Temple
City wishes the County of Los Angeles to enter the City's special
assessments, which the County collects on the City's behalf, on
the tax bills for the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City
does Resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. This City Council does hereby request that the
County enter City special assessments which the County collects on
the City's behalf, on the tax bills for this City.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 6th day of July, 1982.
