Present: Bob Deloye, Cindy O'Leary, Denise Rego, Karen Thurber and Andrea Nevins
Guest: Dr.Jan Mutchler
Meeting called to order at 9:OOam
Denise informed the board of the following:
Posters are going up all around town. Flyers are going out in today's mail for those that have
participated in previous forums/focus groups to personally invite them. Flyers are going out to all Town
Department heads and many agencies within our community. 4,000 inserts will be going into the Friday,
April 22"d's Cape Codder. It will be on the Town website soon. We have asked Larry Greeley to video
tape the presentation at the golf course. I am waiting for his answer.

Selectmen's Meeting on April 25th
Denise to connect with Joe at the Pavilion regarding room set up, podium, 2 mics, projector and food.
Jan received my cover letter for the report. Denise informed her that she had hired a photographer to
take a group picture for the cover of the report. Jan ask that she received that picture by this Friday.
Board members gave Jan an insight of the possible questions that both boards might be asking. Jan
plans on presenting for about 1 hour at both meetings.
Jan will get a "DRAFT" report to us by Monday,April 11th and ask for feedback by Thursday, April 14th
Next board meeting is Tuesday, April 19 at 12:30pm.
