APPROVING THE GAOTECHNICAL SUBSURFACE

APPROPRIATIONS AND TRANSFERS TO FINANCE
"HE STUDY
WHEREAS, the pavement, curbs and gutters on State
Street. between Weber Avenue and Josephine Street has subsided;
and
WHEREAS, continued subsidence of existing roadway may
damage Cit., :;�t and water lines and other underground
uti.li -:ies; zi
S, a geotechnical study over this area is
nec_esa,a - y ermine the cause of subsidence; and
and said study has been estimated to cost $8, 000;
WntREAS, the City's FY 1995 -96 Budget does not provide
funds for this study;
NO'S, T'HERE'FORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does re,eby : rCn, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
