A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE CEDAR AVENUE AND
VIRGINIA AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NO. 05 -5176 FY 1995 -96, AS BEING COMPLETE.

WHEREAS, on February 20, 1996, the City Council awarded
a contract of $ 77,630.00 to Sequel Contractors, Inc. for the
Cedar Avenue and Virginia Avenue Improvement Project, and
WHEREAS, the project started on April 8, 1996 and was
completed on May 21, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$72,894.71; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Cedar Avenue and Virginia Avenue Improvement Project
No. 5 -5176, as being complete in accordance with contract
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
