Upon roll call the . foU o ink members of he. Board. ,were present
Anderson, son, Punter, Hasbrouck, PsO well, and Newell, Absent, Nichols.

Petition to open "A" P- " B Street`1 read and discussed.
Hasbrouck moved seconded by; ows1? , That the Mayor appoint
a Committee consisting of Two to see Mrs Curtis in regard to open-
ing"A"Street. Upon vote had a l l present voted Aye.
The Mayor appointed Mr Hasbrouck and Dr. Anderson.
Tax levy for the coming year presented to the .7 c and h the Mayor
Anderson moved seconded by Newell; That the follo*ing resolution
be adopted. Be it' resolved and ordered by the Board of Trustees of
the Town of Ault, that there be and is hereby levied for.
General Purpo7es. 3.5 mills.

Payment of Bonds.
