A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING THE STANDARD
PLANS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION, 1994
EDITION AND THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION, 1994 EDITION
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department of the City of Lynwood
has presented to the City Council certain publications which are
desired by the Public works Department to be used in the design
and construction of public works improvements within the City of
Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, said publications are the Standard Plans for Public
Works Construction, 1994 Edition and the Standard Specifications
for Public works Construction, 1994 Edition; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve said
Publications as the minimum standards to be followed for the
design and construction of public works improvements within the
City of Lynwood, and to approve future supplements to the 1994
edition of said publications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Construction of all Public Works Projects shall
be in accordance with the Standard Specifications For Public
Works Construction, 1994 Edition together with any future
editions and supplements thereto and by this reference made part
of this resolution as if they were set forth in full hereat.
Section 2. Design and construction of all Public Work
' Projects shall be in accordance with the Standard Plans For
Public Works Construction, 1994 Edition together with any future
editions and supplements thereto and by this reference made part
of this resolution as if they were set forth in full hereat.
Section 3. That this resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
