A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH
BOYLE ENGINEERING CORPORATION

WHEREAS, the Water Well No. 21 Construction Project is
listed in the CIP's for FY 1995 -96; and
WHEREAS, construction of the Water Well No. 21 began on
May 8, 1996; and
WHEREAS, gravel pack problems where encountered during
construction; and
WHEREAS, additional hydrogeological services were
required; and
WHEREAS, the required professional services can be
obtained more economically if the present agreement for
professional services is amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1 . The Mayor is authorized to execute
amendment No. 1 to the agreement for professional services with
Boyle Engineering Corporation.
Section 2 . This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon adoption.
