A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of
Ault -was called to order by Mayor Smith at 8:30 P.'.
Tipon roll .call the following members were present; Hasbrouck,
Powell and Anderson, Absent; Newell, Fullmer and Nichols.
There not being a (prompresent, Hasbrouck moved seconded
by Anderson, To ajourn subject to the call of the I ayor, Upon
vote .had .all present voted Aye.

An Adjourned Meeting of the .Board of Trustees of the Town
of Ault was called to order by Mayor Smith at 8:15 P.P. for
the purpose of transacting t ,.e regular sin- ss of the month.
'Upon roll call the following members were (,resent. Anderson,
Hasbrouck, Fullmer and Newell, Absent, Powell and Nichols.
Committ e=3 consisting of Dr Anderson and Yr Hasbrouck reported
That they were unable to reach any agreement with Mrs Curtis .n
regard to opening A & B Streets.
Same was discussed at length by the Board.
The same Committee were asked to investigate in regard to
the court proceedings of some years ago in regard to the opening
of A & B Streets.
The following bills having been checked by the Finance
Committee were read;
