AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE' NO. 1979 783 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, ' BY CHANGING THE USE REGULATIONS
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL TO R-3 MULTIFAMILY
BE IT ENACTD BY THE CITY COUNDIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA:

Section I . Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to
amend the zoning map of the Zoning Ordinance No. 1979-83 of the
Muncipal Code of Tiffin, Iowa, by changing the, use classificaiton
of the real estate described in Section II from R-1 Residential
to R-3 Multifamily. ''
Section II. Amendment. The parcel of land hereinafter
described shall be zoned as follows:
R-3 Multifamily:
Lot 5, Sadler Subdivision,
Tiffin, Johnson County, IA
Section III . . Repealer. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are
hereby repealed.
Section IV. Severability. If any section, provision, or
part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or uncon-
stitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of
the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision, or part
thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional .
Section V. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in '
effect after its final passage, approval , and posting as provided
by law.

that the laws and rules providing that ordinances be considered
anu voted on i ur pasnaye at two council meetings prior to the
meeting at which it is to be finally passed be suspended and
