A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, ASSIGNING TO THE COUNTY
OF LOS ANGELES A PORTION OF ITS AVAILABLE FEDERAL -
AID URBAN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City desires to install a street
lighting system on Santa Anita Avenue from Live Oak Avenue to
Grand Avenue, hereinafter referred to as "PROJECT ", which location
is within the City of Temple City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City has determined that the
aforementioned PROJECT is in the general interest of the City of
Temple City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City is willing to assign a sum
of $6,000 of its available FAU funds to the County of Los Angeles
to cover the estimated design cost of PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. 1. The City of Temple City hereby assigns to the
County of Los Angeles a sum of $6,000 of its available Federal -aid
Urban funds to cover the estimated design cost of PROJECT.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward certified copies to the Joint
Cooperative Federal -aid Urban Committee, California Department of
Transportation and the Los Angeles County Road Commissioner.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of July, 1982.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting
held on the 20th day of July, 1982, by the following vote of the
