A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN AUTO
ALLOWANCE FOR THE POSITION OF CITY TREASURER
TO THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS A MONTH

WHEREAS, the duties of the City Treasurer requires extensive use of a personal
vehicle; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 88 -196 established the City Treasurer's auto allowance
at one hundred dollars ($100) per month; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood desires to compensate the incumbent for the cost
of travel to and from various City functions.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby find,
order, proclaim and resolve as follows:
Section 1 . That the position of City Treasurer shall be provided an auto allowance of
three hundred dollars ($300) per month.
1996. Section 2 . That the effective date of this increase in auto allowance shall be July 1,
