A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD EXTENDING HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS
TO COUNCIL MEMBERS
' WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood provides certain health and welfare benefits
for its employees; and
WHEREAS, Council Members are allowed to participate in existing benefit
plans that are received by City employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, order, proclaim and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That a comprehensive benefit package be provided to Council
Members in an amount not to exceed the greatest amount available to confidential
employees, and that a retirement benefit be provided to Council Members in an
amount not to exceed the greatest amount available to confidential employees.
Section 2. That this medical benefit and retirement package shall become
established and become effective July 1, 1996.
