A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE FINAL MAP, TRACT MAP
NO. 52140, AND ACCEPTING ALL EASEMENTS
OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES AS
SHOWN ON TRACT MAP NO. 52140
' WHEREAS, the Final Map, Tract Map No. 52140, has been
reviewed by the City Engineer and found to have been prepared in
conformance with and consistent with the approved tentative map,
the Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the developer has complied with, or bonded
for, all the Engineering Division improvement requirements.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easements are necessary of the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance for said easements
as shown on Tract Map No. 52140; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1 . The City Council approves the Final Map,
Tract Map No. 52140.
