RESOLUTION APPROVING MSA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES'
AMENDMENT #1 TO THE RIVERDALE-WOODS ESTATES ADDITION
3 REVIEW FOR DEDICATION OF ROADWAYS AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, on October 25, 2022, Council approved MSA Professional Services' Riverdale -Woods Estates
Additional 3 Review for Dedication of Roadways Agreement in the amount of $9,000 (Resolution 2022-
76); and,
WHEREAS, MSA has submitted the attached MSA Professional Services' Riverdale -Woods Estates
Additional 3 Review for Dedication of Roadways Agreement Amendment #1 in the amount of $6,429.87
for additional expenses in reviewing the roadways for dedication to the City of Riverdale; and,
WHEREAS, the Clerk recommends approval of Amendment #1; and,
WHEREAS, the funding source for this action is #126-520-6407 - TIF Engineering, to be reimbursed by
Woods S & K Capital, 252 Mason Drive, Riverdale, Iowa 52722.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: MSA Professional Services' Amendment #1 to the Riverdale -Woods Estates Addition 3
Review for Dedication of Roadways Agreement is approved in the amount of $6,429.87.
SECTION 2: The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute said agreement.
