RESOLUTION APPOINTING LELAND ZENK TO
THE SEWER/UTILITIES REVIEW COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, the City has established a Sewer/Utility Review Committee via Ordinance Chapter 96:
Sewer/Utilities Review Committee; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance 96 stipulates one member of the Committee shall be a representative from
Pleasant Valley School District ("School") for a renewable term of three years; and,
WHEREAS, Leland Zenk, Director of Operations of the School, has volunteered to serve as the School's
representative; and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to appoint Leland Zenk to the Sewer/Utility Review Committee; and,
WHEREAS, no actual monetary expenses will be incurred by this action.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: Leland Zenk is appointed as the School's representative to the Sewer/Utility Review
Committee for a three-year term beginning 02/14/2023 and ending 12/31/2025.
