STATE 07 COLORADO:
Section 1, 1'o person shall keep any hogs or pigs within the limits
of the Town of Ault, or nearer than five hundred (5CC) feet from
the Tom limits. The keeping of any swine, or any ,-en, corrall,
stable , or other incloTure, wagon, truck, or other vehicle where
pigs or hogs are feed or kept within the limits of the Town of Au14-,
or within five hundred (500) feet of the Tom limits, excepting at
railroad- * tockvards, is hereby declared a nu:? %tance, offensive,
unwholesome and dangerous to public health, and is prohibited.
Any person who -shall violate an; . rrovision of this section shall be
fined not lost than ten ( 10.00) dollar , nor mcre t h .+ one -hundred
(!7)100.00) dollars for each offense.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared necessary for the
inmediate ,-,reservation of the public health, '"'Pace and safety.
