RESOLUTION NO. 82 -2098
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY MODIFYING RESOLUTION
NO. 81 -2022 AND DENYING OTHER REQUESTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the applicant has
requested amendment to Resolution No. 81 -2022 in the following
respects:
1) Condition 1E. That the north wall be changed
from two -hour fire rated construction to four -hour fire
rated construction.
2) Condition 1G. That the interior walls of one -
hour fire rated and doors a minimum of one -hour assemblies
be changed to interior walls of stairs shaft be of one -hour
rated construction. All other walls to be metal studs and
5/8" gypsum board.
3) Condition 1H. That the sprinkler system be omitted
and provide portable fire extinguishers as required.
SECTION 2. Section lE is amended as requested and the
request to amend Sections 1G and 1H are hereby denied.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution and to its
approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published
and circulated in the City of Temple City.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temple
City at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1982.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a
regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1982, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Atkins, Dennis, Gillanders, Tyrell
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -Swain
