1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Robin Lowe called the meeting to order at 8:13 a.m., on
Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at the Riverside County
Transportation Commission's Conference Room "A", 4080 Lemon
Street, 3rd Floor, Riverside, California 92501.
