A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY DESIGNATING AN AGENCY AS REQUIRED
BY SECTION 65913.3 OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT
CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 65913.3 of the Government Code,
the Department of Planning (the Planning Director) is hereby desig-
nated as the Agency to coordinate the review and decisionmaking and
provide information regarding the status of all permits or appli-
cations required by the City for residential developments.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 17th day of August, 1982.
