HomeMy Public PortalAbout96-147 (09-17-96)RESOLUTION NO. 96 -147 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE TREE TRIMMING PROJECT IN AREA 3 (FISCAL YEAR 1995 -96) AS COMPLETE WHEREAS, the work in Area 3, the first area in the four -year cycle, started in September 1995, and was satisfactorily completed in September 1996 at a cost of ' $198,077; and WHEREAS, the four -year cycle Tree Trimming Project started in FY 1995 -96 in Area 3, and will continue through FY 1998 -99, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows. Section 1 The City Council accepts the Tree Trimming Project in Area 3, as being complete in accordance with the contract documents. Section 2 That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17 September 1996 day of Paul H.
