A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTOR'S FINAL PAYMENT TO
VISU-SEWER FOR WORK PERFORMED ON THE SANITARY SEWER
REHABILITATION PROJECT (PHASE II) FOR THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and
operating under the laws of the State of Iowa, and;
WHEREAS, the City awarded Visu-Sewer a contract to perform sanitary and storm sewer
improvements for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project (Phase II), and;
WHEREAS, Visu-Sewer has submitted a contractor's application for payment in the amount of
$22,336.88 for work completed, and;
WHEREAS, the funding source for payment of this work is budget line item 610-815-6499, and;
WHEREAS, the work was reviewed and approved by the City's engineering consultant, MSA
Professional Services, Inc., and;
WHEREAS, the City's engineering consultant, MSA Professional Services, Inc., recommends
payment in -full to Visu-Sewer.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE,
IOWA, THAT
The City Council hereby authorizes payment to Visu-Sewer in the amount of $22,336.88 from
budget line item 610-815-6499.
