A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
FOR OUTSTANDING ENCUMBRANCES, FUND TRANSFERS,
AND COMMUNITY PROMOTION EXPENDPTURES FOR
F.Y. 1996 -97
1996; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the annual operating budget on July 16,
WHEREAS, the City has closed its accounting records for F.Y. 1995 -96; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate funds to cover payments for
outstanding obligations at fiscal year ending June 30, 1996; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate funds for various Community
Promotion activities.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, order, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to make the following
appropriations:
