A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE WATER WELL NO. 21
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT PHASE I,
PROJECT NO.5 -5181 FY 1995 -96, AS BEING
COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, on April 2, 1996, the City Council. awarded a
contract of $ 294,000.00 to Beylik Drilling, Inc. for the Water
W -11 No 21 Construction Project, Phase I, and
WHEREAS, the project started on May 7, 1996 and was
completed on August 6, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$ 252,210.00; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Se ction 1. That the City Council accepts the
Water Well No. 21 Construction Project Phase I, Project
Pdo. 5 -5181, as being complete in accordance with contract
documen ts.
Se ction 2. This resolution shall go into effect
mmediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of
