A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOL ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT OFFERED FOR
DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES AS SHOWN ON
PARCEL MAP NO. 24301
WHEREAS, the developer was required to dedicate a
corner cut -off at the northwest corner of Atlantic Avenue and
Pendleton Avenue for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, said easement offered for dedication is shown
on Parcel Map No. 24301; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessary of the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by the acceptance of said easement as
shown on Parcel Map No. 24301; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood as follows:
Secti 1. The City Council accepts the easement
offered for dedication for street purposes as shown on Parcel Map
No. 24301.
Section 3 . That this resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption.
