A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
OFFER FOR STREET DEDICATION OF A PORTION
OF LOT 1 AND 2, OF TRACT 5686, IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK
' 62, PAGE 69, INCLUSIVE OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE
OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the development at 11800 Atlantic Ave., in the City of Lynwood, is required
to dedicate a 10 foot wide strip along Atlantic Ave., and a corner cut off to accommodate a
sufficient turning radius for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that said easements
are necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the City shall be served by
accepting said easements; and
WHEREAS, said street dedications has been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council accepts the dedication of said easement for street
purposes from Taco Mexico, Inc. A California Corporation, as described below:
Being a portion of Tract No. 5686 in the City of Lynwood, as per recorded in Book
62, Page 69 of maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
State of California, more specifically described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 2 of Tract No. 5686; thence N19°
00' 15 "E along the Westerly lines of Lot 2 and Lot 1, 120 feet to the northwest
corner of Lot 1; thence S 70° 56'30 "E along the northerly Line of Lot 1, 20 feet;
thence 15.71 feet along a curve tangent to the northerly line of Lot, concave to the
southeast with a radius of 10 feet; thence 110 feet S 19° 00'15" W along a line 10
feet east and parallel to the westerly line of Lot i and Lot 2 to the southerly line of
Lot 2; thence 10 feet N 70° 56'30" W along the southerly line of Lot 2 to the point
of beginning.
Section 2 . This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
