HomeMy Public PortalAboutPAGE 083REGULAR MEETING. May 5th 1925. A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was called to order by the Mayor at 7:45 P.M. Upon roll call the following members of the Board of Trustees were present; Anderson, Fullmer, Hasbrouck, Nichols, Powell and Smith, Absent; none. Minutes of the proceeding meetings read. Hasbrouck moved seconded by Anderson, That the minutes be approved as read, Npon vote had all present voted Aye. The following bills having been checked by the Finance Comm- ittee were read; Ralph R.Bowman. R. B. Sri i t h. Bill Usher. Wyatt Hardware Co. J.A.Folcher. Ault IOOP Realty Co. Horne Gas & Elec Co. Kell. ey . 25.00 Smith moved seconded by Nichols, That the bills be allowed as re, read and warrants drawn on the Treasurer for the same , Upon vote had all present voted Aye. Hasbrouck reported that he had taken no definate action in regard to opening streets on Curtis property, or on opening alley. Situation discussed at lenght by the Board. The Street & Alley Conmiittee were asked to investigate further. extension of water mains was discussed at length, no action taken. The useing of sling shots and air -rifles by children discussed at lenght, no action taken. Applications of Ralph R.Bownan, Forrest Ruffner and Ira Lesh for Town Clerk read, f Application/?.L.Neisler for Town Treasurer read. Application of C.E.Hubbard for Town Marshall read. Ap_ilica tions of Hugh Delaney, Martin Jansen and John G.Miller for Park man read. Ballot spread on applications for Park man resulting in four votes for. Miller and two votes for Jansen. Hasbrouck moved seconded by Smith, That C.E.Hubbard be app ointed..To-vn arshall to serve at the will of the Board., Upon vote had all present voted Abe.
