Smith moved seconded by Fullmer, That C.L.Neisler be appointed
Town Treasurer for the ensuing year, Upon vote had all present voted
Aye.
Ballott spread upon Town Clerk resulting in Three for Bowman
and Three for Ruffner, It being a tie the Mayor decided in favor of
Ruffner.
Fullmer moved seconded by Powell, That Dr. A. Anderson be
appointed City P ysician. ( discussed at lenght by the Board.)
Upon vote had all present voted Aye.
Cemetery day discussed.
Andbrson moved seconded by Fullmep, That May 19th be Cemetery
Clean up day, upon vote had all present voted Aye.
Nichols moved seconded by Fullmer., Tcy'journ subject to the
call of the Mayor.
