A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE BULLIS ROAD WATER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 05-5180,
FY 1996-97, AS BEING COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, on November 5, 1996, the City Council awarded
a contract of $ 82,310.00 to Valverde Construction, Inc. for the
Bullis Road Water Improvement Project; and

WHEREAS, the project started on December 23, 1996 and
was completed on January 24, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is
$85,335.00; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that
all work has been completed in accordance with the project plans
and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the
Bullis Road Water Improvement Project, Project No. 5-5180, as
being complete in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of
